PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a rotation angle position of rotor by extinguishing a dispersion of a space of a hall element and a magnet part of the rotor. SOLUTION: In the magnetic bonding pump 1, a pump chamber 5 and a motor chamber 7 are separated by a partition wall 6, a circuit board 20 is disposed in the motor chamber 7 in parallel to an edge surface 29 of a rotor 9 in the pump chamber 5 and a hall element 34 is provided on the circuit board 20 part opposed to a magnet part of the rotor 9. A plurality of support members 28 are projectedly provided from a partition wall part 30 opposed to an edge surface 29 of the rotor 9 to the motor chamber 1 side and a compression spring 37 is disposed on an extension line of a rotation shaft part 13 of the rotor 9. A molten synthetic resin is flowed and solidified in the motor chamber 7 in the state that the circuit board 20 is urged to respective edge surface 31 of a plurality of support members 28 by the compression spring 37.
