PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the generation of abnormal noise during a stop by preventing reverse rotation of a rotor due to reaction during a stop of operation, in an enclosed type motor-driven compressor. SOLUTION: This enclosed type motor-driven compressor is of structure that a rotor A is positioned on a rotor B and the rotors A and B provide a ring gear-form lock part to cause the occurrence of a slide in a reversing direction. This constitution prevents reverse rotation of the rotor.
