SOLUTION: The hair-quality improving agent suppresses the production of phosphoserine residue in hair keratin fiber protein. The substance preferable as the hair-improving agent is an ellagic acid compound and its salt and compounds belonging to ATP-dependent potassium channel opener and selected from minoxidil, minoxidil sulfate, cromakalim, pinacidil and diazoxide.
