PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filth treating bag for preventing filth from adhering to the surface of the bag, preventing filth or odor from leaking from the bag, and treating the filth sanitarily, while the filth is grabbed and thrown into the filth treating bag and the bag is reversed, and after the reversing. SOLUTION: This filth treating bag comprises liquid impermeable sheets or liquid hardly-permeable sheets laminated in three layers in the thickness direction adhered to each other at both edges in the width direction. First and second sheets of the sheets discussed above form a first bag part having a first bottom formed by interconnecting one-side edges of them in the depth direction and a first opening, and second and third sheets form a second bag part having a second bottom formed by interconnecting edges opposite to the first bottom and a second opening.
