PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a housing case for housing a sheet material rolled up in a cylindrical shape such as wrapping film usable conveniently without skills by everybody especially on cutting the wrapping film, and to make the effect of cutting ensured even in the case where the cuttings are made repetitiously. SOLUTION: A cover body 8 for covering an opening of a case main body 1 is provided with a cover body hinge 9 so that the cover body can be opened and closed, a sheet material to be drawn out to the outside of the case is held when the cover body 8 is closed with a pair of receiving parts 10a and 10b and a pair of holding parts 11a and 11b, an edge of a cutting member 15 is made to come into a space 12 for receiving the cutting member through an opening 13 for making the cutting member pass therethrough with the cutting member 15 pressed against a spring pressure when the cover body is closed, and then the sheet material held down with a stretching force by the receiving parts and the holding parts is cut.
