PURPOSE: A system for deciding a price of a logistics service using the internet and a method thereof are provided to evaluate a value of a fair logistics service by enabling a consumer and a supplier to decide a price of a logistics service related to a freight on a network as the internet freely and providing information of the price to internet users in real time. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(10) comprises a consumer terminal(11) and a supplier terminal(12), and includes a computer and a PDA etc. A web server(20) provides an internet site(21) to various logistics services for users to share information. A member information database(30) stores member information including IDs and passwords of the consumer and the supplier and personal information of a member through the user terminal(10). A relay server(40) classifies buying order information and selling order information inputted through the internet site(21) and concludes a contract through the same condition search. A buying order database(50) stores buying order information. A selling order database(60) stores selling order information. A concluding information database(70) stores buying and selling contract concluding information. A logistics service information database(80) stores logistics service information. An electronic mail server(90) transmits the buying and selling contract concluding information to the consumer terminal(11) and the supplier terminal(12) through an electronic mail processing unit(91) as E-mail, respectively.
