BATCH PROCESSING SYSTEM OF NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST

PURPOSE: A batch processing system for a non-destructive test is provided to examine exactly and rapidly and to remove dissatisfaction of consumers. CONSTITUTION: A batch processing system in a non-destructive test comprises a first stage collecting an inspection signal by examining an inspection object with eddy current detector or an ultrasonic detector; a second stage inputting detection input data on a computer while the result of the inspection is passed by repairing a defect of the detector; a third stage drawing a draw or a report by using a printer while editing through the computer; and a forth stage sending the report to a commander in an inspection field through fax or E-mail. The batch processing system in the non-destructive test obtains the result of the inspection after photographing in the inspection field. Moreover, the batch processing system in the non-destructive system reduces time by reexamining after repairing while the inspection is not passed. Thereby, the batch processing system in the non-destructive test examines exactly and rapidly and removes dissatisfaction of consumers.
