<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive inspection method and apparatus for a tunnel which permit fast and accurate detection of a detect of the tunnel by combining a visual inspection and a hammering test. SOLUTION: Firstly, by inspection with line sensor cameras 7A-7C, on the wall surface of a tunnel, the position requiring an inspection where an internal defect probably exists and judged to require the hammering test is detected together with the position of a surface defect. Paint is applied near the position requiring the inspection with a paint applicator. Thereafter, the hammering test is carried out near the position requiring the test with the paint applied following the paint as mark by using a test robot having a hammer for the hammering test.</p> |
