METHOD FOR IMMUNOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immunological measurement by which only an objective substance can be quantitatively determined quickly with high accuracy by eliminating the measurement error caused by nonspecific turbidity which occurs when a protein component in a reagent is denatured by some structural factor of an automatic analyzer and a reagent. SOLUTION: In the method, a component contained in a sample is immunologically measured under the presence of an amino phosphonic acid compound. The reagent is used for immunological measurement. A nonspecific turbidity suppressing agent which does not contain the compound and a nospecific turbidity suppressing method.
