SOLUTION: When one optical part 5B to be connected is pressed against the other optical part 5A held by a support 47A to face register each other, a pressure acting on the other optical part 5A is detected by the pressure sensor 109 via the support 47. At this time, the pressure sensor 109 is pressed to a forward end position by predetermined pressurization by a pressure sensor- supporting means 107 and is prevented from moving backward even if the pressure acts on the other optical part 5A so long as the pressure does not exceed the pressurization. The pressure acting on the other optical part 5A can accordingly be detected via the support 47. On the other hand, if the pressure exceeding the pressurization acts on the other optical part 5A, the pressure sensor-supporting means 107 moves the pressure sensor 109 backward to prevent a pressing force exceeding the pressurization by a predetermined value or more from acting on the pressure sensor 109 and at the same time, a support stopper 101 blocks the support 47 not to move backward by a predetermined value or more.
