PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a car body from damage when locking a vehicle by a locking plate. SOLUTION: In this locking machine 10 of the parking vehicle constituted of the locking plate 12 composed of a hard member for locking the vehicle by rising on the one end part outside of the vehicle entering a parking space and a locking machine body 14 for internally storing a parking mechanism for driving the locking plate in a locking state of raising up the locking plate 12 and a release state of bringing down the locking plate, a cushion 16 composed of rubber and urethane as a cushioning member is installed on the locking plate 12 on a surface opposed to the vehicle when the locking plate 12 is put in the locking state. Such constitution can prevent damage of the car body since the cushion 16 is deformed by contact with the car body even if the locking plate 12 is in contacts with the car body. Even if the locking plate 12 is composed of a flexible member such as rubber and urethane, the same effect can be obtained.
