PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a hydrant mounting section in which a hydrant mounting surface is inclined for preventing water collection onto the hydrant mounting surface while an adapter is not required between the hydrant mounting surface and a locknut without the formation of an inclination. SOLUTION: A hydrant 3 is installed vertically onto a ground to the washbowl 1 in the structure. The hydrant mounting section 2 for the washbowl 1 has a downward digging-in section 6. A hydrant mounting hole 8, into which the hydrant 3 is passed, is formed along the vertical direction in the digging-in section 6. The top face 4 of the hydrant mounting section 2 is formed in the inclined hydrant mounting surface, and the base 7 of the digging-in section 6 is formed in a horizontal plane. A cover 9 with a rim 10 is mounted on the upper section of the digging-in section 6 through a packing 18. The outer circumferential surface 9A of the cover 9 is formed in an inclined plane.
