PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gasify a low-temperature liquefied gas and raise its temperature effectively using a gas such as air as a heat source. SOLUTION: In the inside covered with a cool keeping duct 2 a heat exchanger 6 for evaporation and a heat exchanger 7 for superheater are installed to make heat exchange with the air forcedly sucked by a fan 3. For raising the heat transfer performance on the LNG side and the air side, perforate fins are arranged perpendicular to the flow of the air, which heightens the air flowing speed, and the fin effect increases the heat transfer area greatly. The gasification process of LNG is divided into two stages, and the heat exchanger 6 is formed from small bore heat exchanger tubes while the heat exchanger 7 is formed from large bore heat exchanger tubes to which heat transfer accelerating tubes are inserted. Because the LNG is supplied from a header downward to the heat exchanger tubes, no calorie variation will occur at starting.
