PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic motor leaking no fluid from a movable part by using the fluid such as low pressure water, restraining an output loss and obtaining high output. SOLUTION: This hydraulic motor is provided with a drum 9, tubes 11 and 12 arranged in the circumferential direction of an outer peripheral surface or an inner peripheral surface of the drum 9 and a pinch roller 13 for rotating around a rotary shaft 15 coaxial with the drum 9 while being brought into pressure contact with the tubes 11 and 12. The pinch roller 13 is rotated around the drum 9 by the pressure by flowing the fluid in the tubes 1 and 12.
