PURPOSE: An accumulated lottery electronic commerce method and system using the internet are provided to activate an electronic commerce by accumulating cyber money for a member who buys a commodity and drawing a lot in case a reserve reaches an appointed amount. CONSTITUTION: A web server(6) is connected with a client(2) through internet. An electronic commerce server(8) is connected with the web server(6). A subsidiary server(10) consists of a settlement system, a security system, supplementary contents, and other databases. A commodity database(16) records a catalog of commodity. An order server(18) manages an order of a member. A member management server(22) manages the member. A member database(24) records personal information of the member. A lottery ticket management server(26) and a lottery ticket database(28) offer a lottery ticket to the member who buys the commodity.
