PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when an angular velocity detecting element is used to configure a circuit, there is a fear of malfunction caused by a leakage of a drive signal to the output side which is used to drive a vibrator of the angular velocity detecting element. SOLUTION: A drive means for driving the angular velocity detecting element 1 is made up of a drive control circuit 3a and a drive signal adjustment circuit 6, and the adjustment circuit 6 is made up of two operational amplifiers 61, 62. By varying a bias resistor 62d of the amplifier 62, the amplification factor of the amplifier 62 is adjusted, and thus an amplitude ratio is adjusted between two drive signals with phases 180 deg. different from each other outputted from the two amplifiers 61, 62 and impressed on drive electrode parts 12, 13, thereby minimizing a leak voltage of the drive signals. |
