PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method wherein, after a complex which contains a substance to be measured is formed in a reaction solution, the complex is bonded to an insoluble carrier with good efficiency so as to be measured and to provide a method wherein a complex which is formed once in a carrier is dissociated with good efficiency. SOLUTION: A substance which has an activity to form the complex specifically to the substance to be measured and to which a specific electrostatic group is introduced in advance is reacted with the substance, to be measured, in a solution to be inspected. The complex is formed in the solution. By an electrostatic action which uses an electric charge by the introduced electrostatic group, the complex is bonded to the insoluble carrier so as to be measured. In addition, the surface of a carrier in which a complex is formed via an electrostatic substance is brought into contact with a high-ionic-strength solution, and the complex is dissociated into the solution. As compared with a capturing method or a dissociating method using an intermolecular action by van der Waals in conventional cases, a reaction efficiency is enhanced, a serum interference is suppressed in a capturing reaction, and the reaction time is shortened in a dissociating reaction. This invention can be adapted to an existing ultrahigh-sensitivity measuring technique.
