PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific bond body by which a substance to be inspected can be captured with better efficiency and to provide an immunoassay method which is quick, simple, of high accuracy and of high sensitivity as well as to provide a kit, for immunoassay, which is used for the method. SOLUTION: The specific bond body is a specific bond body which comprises a carrier, a first specific bond substance with reference to the substance to be inspected and a polyamino acid. In the spefific bond body, the carrier and the specific bond substance are immobilized through the polyamino acid. In the specific bond body the carrier and the polyamino acid are immobilized through a marker substance. In the immonoassay method, a step (a) wherein a stationary phase which immobilizes a second specific bond substance bonded to the substance to be inspected, the specific bond body and the substance to be inspected are sandwich-reacted on a water-absorbing substance is contained, and a step (b) in which the sandwich reaction in the step (a) is detected is contained. The kit for immunoassay contains the specific bond body.
