PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular fertilizer which improves the usability of pulverized charcoal, such as generation of dust, suction into the human body, generation of extremely offensive odors and blackening of the hands. SOLUTION: The granular fertilizer is formed by mixing a pyroligneous acid liquid and devil's tongue powder with pulverized coal and solidifying the mixture by agitating. |
