PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat loss and to facilitate the control of a room temperature, in a heater using a hot water storage electric hot water heater. SOLUTION: A hot water storage electric hot water heater 10 is arranged with a mixing tank 12 adjacent to the hot water storage electric hot water heater 10, and provided with a pump 18 for feeding hot water from the electric hot water heater to a mixing tank. Hot water overflowed from the mixing tank is returned to the electric hot water heater via a pipe 20. Arranging a thermal switch to a mixing tank 12, the temperature of the hot water inside the mixing tank is kept normally in the range of 40 to 60 deg.C. The hot water inside the mixing tank is fed to the radiator 36 of each room by a pump 28. Each radiator is provided with a thermo valve 42.
