PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel having a light weight, a sufficient strength and an excellent design. SOLUTION: In a decorative board 3 to which a decorative sheet 2 bendable at least to the rear surface of a base 1 made of a wooden board, a plurality of V-grooves (4a to 4f) matching in the shape and size of a stile to be formed in parallel respectively with the ends at both the right and left sides and at both the upper and lower sides of the surface side of the decorative board are produced in such a manner that the decorative sheet can be remained, then the four corner portions of the decorative board are notched, the four peripheral edges of the decorative board are bent inwardly along each V-groove, and the vertical stiles 7 and rails 8 are formed to one united body thereby forming the decorative panel 10.
