PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass block structural body requiring no skill in execution, executable in a short time, free from any breakage of a glass block, and preventiving water from leaking indoors even when joints are degraded and cracked. SOLUTION: The glass block structural body 10 for a skylight with a plurality of glass blocks 1 arranged in the longitudinal and transverse directions via the joints 4 comprises frame-like elastic joints 2, 3 fitted to a recess 1a on an outer circumferential surface of the individual glass blocks 1, and a gutter-like lattice support frame 6 mounted on a skeleton, and the frame-like joint 3 is engaged with the gutter-like lattice support frame 6 on the lower surface side of the glass blocks 1.
