PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building nut capable of reducing the number of components of a bolt/nut set, curtailing manhours for mounting the bolt/nut set and being scarecely required for any work using both hands. SOLUTION: The building nut 5 constitutes the bolt/nut set 1 for fixing a joint section between structural materials in construction, a washer 11 forming a bolt through-hole therein and a nut 13 are monolithically fixed in a state to position the bolt through-hole of the washer 11 and a screw hole of the nut 13 on the same shaft, and a plurality of spikes 11b projected to an opposite nut side from a position of the outside of the bolt through-hole are formed in the washer 11 by bending the corners of the washer to the opposite nut side. Accordingly, the number of components and mounting manhours can be reduced without impairing any function as the bolt/nut set 1, and because a common rotation preventing function is also provided by the spikes 11b, work using both hands is scarcely required.
