PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a bending deformation of a center shaft to prevent the damage caused by the direct contact of a cell with a static pressure shoe for pressurization in a press roll. SOLUTION: Flexion-correcting mechanisms 11A and 11B are arranged on the center shaft 1 so as to have an angle to an arranged surface of the static pressure shoe for pressurization and so that the bending of the center shaft 1 may be corrected by the reaction power when the cell 3 is pressed from the inner side to the radial direction by the flexion-correcting mechanisms 11A and 11B.
