PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber having a function for suppressing generation of itching and inflammation after or during wearing at a site where fiber goods such as a corrective under wear and the like contact to the skin for a long time. SOLUTION: This itch-preventing, antipruritic and antiflash fiber carries a metal phthalocyanine derivative expressed by formula [I] (Wherein, R1 to R4 are each a different substituent; n1 to n4 are each the same as or different from one another and 1-4 a natural number; M is a metal selected from Fe, Co, Mn, Ti, V, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, W and Os) as an effective ingredient. Especially, R1 to R4 are each the same as or different from on another and a carboxy group, a sulfo group or an amino group and n1 to n4 are each the same as one another and 1 or 2.
