PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a score card for a billiard game in which the progress of a game and statistic information to be derived from the progress of a game can be easily entered and the progress of a game and the statistic information which are entered can be rapidly and intuitively comprehended. SOLUTION: The score card has a game progress entry region formed of columns (hereafter called 'target ball check columns') which are provided per target ball, showing an entry 'whether the target ball drops into a pocket, arranged almost straight in a first direction for a plurality of target balls and a statistic information entry region formed of columns (hereafter called 'target ball statistic columns') which are provided per target ball, showing the entry of statistic information based on the number of times of dropping of the target ball into the pocket, arranged almost straight in the first direction for a plurality of target balls. In addition, the game progress entry region and the statistic information entry region are arranged in such a way that the target ball check column and the target ball statistic column corresponding to the same target ball are arranged almost straight in a second direction which crosses the first direction.
