PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of utilizing solar heat which can utilizes solar heat effectively, especially even in rainy season or a summer period. SOLUTION: In the regenerative passage 17 of a dehumidifier 14, air warmed by solar heat is sent in the upstream side of a dehumidifying element 18, and this warmed air passes the evaporator 13 of a heat pump type of hot-water supplier 12, after passing through the dehumidifying element 18. A dehumidifying passage 16 is equipped with a heat exchanger 25 for cooling, and unarmed water from the hot-water supplier 12 is circulated in this heat exchanger 25 for cooling, and the air of the dehumidifying passage 16 is cooled, heat- exchanged with this unwarmed water and the warmed water, which is warmed, passing the heat exchanger 25 for cooling, is sent to the hot-water supplier 12.
