INDOMETHACIN PERCUTANEOUS PATCH MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable percutaneous patch material containing indomethacin excellent in adhesivity and at the same time in peeling property, improved in usability, and suppressing the decomposition of indomethacin. SOLUTION: The percutaneous patch material has a plaster agent layer formed on one side of a supporting body and contains indomethacin as an active ingredient. The percutaneous material contains 20-45 wt.% of two or more kinds of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers having different viscosities and 5-25 wt.% of a viscosity-imparting agent each based on the total of the plaster agent layer, liquid paraffin, and polyethylene glycol solid or semisolid at normal temperature as a solubilizing agent for indomethacin.
