PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a resin composition excellent in heat resistance and shape stability and capable of maintaining high antistatic properties for a long period and a molded product obtained from the resin composition. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition can be composed of (A) a polyester resin (polybutylene terephthalate resin or the like), (B) a polyetheresteramide and (C) a rubber-containing styrene-based resin (ABS or the like). The polyetheresteramide (B) is obtained by reacting a polyamide (b1) having carboxyl group or a reactive group derived therefrom with a polyether polyol (b2).
