PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive resin composition having a low coefficient of linear expansion and a low volume resistivity which are well balanced by incorporating a small amount of a conductive carbon black contained in a rubbery polymer and a carbonaceous filler with a functionalized polyphenylene ether resin and a polyamide resin. SOLUTION: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition containing (a) a functionalized polyphenylene ether resin, (b) a polyamide resin, 0.1-2.0 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt., in total, (a) and (b), (in terms of the amount of carbon black) masterbatch comprising a rubbery polymer and at least 10 wt.% conductive carbon black, and 2-20 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. (a) and (b), carbonaceous filler and having a low coefficient of linear expansion and a volume resistivity of below 106 Ω.cm.
