PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying/discharging a powder and granular substance wherein a structure can be simplified, the apparatus can be downsized, a running cost can be reduced including reduction of power, prevention of damage of machines or the like, a supplying/discharging operation depending on difference in physical properties and types such as a grain size, cohesiveness and flushability of the substance can be simply supported by adjustment of a shape, a gap, a vibration, an amplitude, a material or the like of a control member, the powder and granular substance can be dispersively supplied/discharged without applying excessive external force to the substance, and a sieve function is provided to allow a foreign matter larger than the gap to be removed.
