PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin heat-insulating clothe equipped with a heat-insulating property, having light weight and flexibility, and also equipped with antibacterial and antifungal properties. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating clothe is obtained by using an heat- insulating layer 2 consisting of a resin composition containing hollow particles and/or air bubbles and a heat-insulating sheet 4 obtained by laminating a cloth or nonwoven fabric 3, and applying them at the reverse side of a surface cloth 5 or in between the surface cloth 5 and a reverse surface cloth 6 by sewing or adhesion.
