<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch adaptable to a microwave oven and not generating a rupture even in the case of heating a seasoning to be attached to a food heated in the microwave oven and seal packaged together with a food in a lunch box or the like. SOLUTION: The pouch for storing the seasoning is attached to the food to be heated by the microwave oven, and a packaging material 1 with a resin layer 4 provided with the given strength effective under the temperature environment at the room temperature or lower but to be lowered under the high temperature environment and formed at least on one area provided between a heat- resistant base layer 2 and a sealant layer 6 is used, and the sealant layer 6 is so disposed as to be positioned inside the pouch to seal a given section to be sealed, and at least on a part of the section to be sealed, the resin layer 4 is so formed as to cross from the inside toward the outside of the pouch to solve the problem of generation of the rupture.
