<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a glycerol-α,β-unsaturated carboxylic ester by a supercritical fluid extraction technique to enable the ester to be separated, purified and concentrated without thermal deterioration at a relatively low temperature. SOLUTION: This method for obtaining a high-purity glycerol-α,β-unsaturated carboxylic ester is characterized by comprising the following practice: the aimed glycerol-α,β-unsaturated carboxylic ester is fractionated and concentrated from a mixture containing it by supercritical extraction technique.</p> |
