摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flash point detecting device which is suitable for a test of the dielectric strength of a gas insulated electric device and can improve the efficiency of test operation. SOLUTION: When the dielectric strength test is conducted, the flash point detecting device 2 is provided detachably for each container of an unillustrated gas insulated electric device. This flash point detecting device 2 is equipped with an acceleration sensor 14 which detects and converts the acceleration of vibration that the container has when a flash is generated in the container in the dielectric strength test into an acceleration signal, a band-pass filter 20 which passes an acceleration signal of a specific frequency band in the acceleration signal and outputs it as an output signal, and a decision alarm device having five level decision circuits 22a to 22e which generate decision signals when the level of the output signal exceeds a specific value and five light emission display units 23a to 23e which are provided corresponding to the level decision means and illuminate in response to the decision signals and continue to illuminate even after the output signal is ceased. The acceleration of the container in which the flash is generated is large and the number of light emission display units mounted on the container which illuminate is large, so the container where the flash is generated can easily be specified from the number of the illuminating containers to improve the efficiency of the test operation.</p>
