PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery managing system, a delivery managing center device, a delivery managing terminal, a delivery plan transmitting method, and a recording medium capable of providing a program module according to variation of a data structure of information and dynamically adjusting the data structure of information. SOLUTION: The delivery managing terminal 2 transmits dynamic information and a registering program module for registering this on a server 6 side through a portable telephone 3. The server 6 processes the registering program module to register the dynamic information. The server 6 transmits delivery plan information and a processing program module for processing this at the delivery managing terminal 2. The delivery managing terminal 2 executes the processing program module to process the delivery plan information.
