PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet for a patterned biodegradable dehydrating garbage bag having 14-20 g/m2 weight, high wet strength and high dehydrating properties to be made into a bag by an ordinary heat sealing type bag-making machine by a mechanical Japanese paper making technique, to provide a method for producing the same and to obtain the patterned biodegradable dehydrating garbage bag. SOLUTION: This sheet for the patterned biodegradable dehydrating garbage bag having 14-20 g/cm2 weight is formed by using a raw material composed of 40-60 wt.% of conjugate polylactic acid fiber and 60-40 wt.% of wood pulp or Manila hemp fiber and has a pattern of a plurality of uniformly formed holes in which the central interval of adjoining holes is 4-6 mm, the hole diameter is 3.1-5.0 mm and the rate of hole area is 25-49%.
