PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately prevent, even if vibration is caused by minute unbalance. SOLUTION: A mechanical chassis 2 is provided with acceleration sensors 7a, 7b for detecting the vibrational phase during the rotation of a spindle motor 6. Two sub-motors 9a, 9b with unbalance are disposed in symmetric positions with respect to the spindle motor 6, on a line L1, passing through the center of the spindle motor 6 and turned by 45 deg. in the clockwise direction from the longitudinal direction, and two sub-motors 10a, 10b with unbalance are disposed in symmetric positions, with respect to the spindle motor 6, on a line L2 turned by 45 deg. in the counterclockwise direction.
