PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device, capable of discharging a properly arranged bundle of sheets without making scratches and wrinkles on the sheet surface even if the number of loaded sheets on a processing tray increases. SOLUTION: A sheet feeding means 30 is equipped with a pulley provided on a shaft 17a, a rocking member provided on the shaft 17a, and an endless belt 32 suspended across between the pulley and the rocking member, and a part of the endless belt 32 can be disposed at a position where it is brought into contact with the uppermost sheet in the processing tray.
