PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage supply apparatus for sending out a liquid raw material, which is charged in a raw material container such as a bag-in box or the like, to supply a beverage mixed in a predetermined mixing ratio and having an almost constant concentration. SOLUTION: In the beverage supply apparatus, a liquid raw material sending- out part 7 is constituted of a liquid pump 25 for sending a liquid raw material, a closed cylindrical body 26 having two inflow and outflow ports at both ends thereof, the slider 27 reciprocally slid in the cylindrical body 26 corresponding to the pressure of the liquid pump 25 and an adjustable resistor 32 becoming the outflow resistance of the liquid raw material corresponding to a mixing ratio of the liquid raw material and diluting water when the liquid raw material flows out of two inflow and outflow ports 26a, 26b from the liquid pump 25. A beverage mixed in a predetermined mixing ratio and having an almost constant concentration can be provided.
