PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the discoloration of a curable composition containing a chelate titanium compound and a polymer having condensable hydrolyzable groups. SOLUTION: This composition contains (1) 100 pts.wt. polymer having hydrolyzable groups, (2) 0.1-25 pts.wt. cross-linker, and (3) 0.1-10 pts.wt. chelate titanium compound of which the ligand has at least two carbonyl carbon atoms of which at least one has a perfluoroalky group as a substituent.
