LIME-IMPROVED SOIL MORTAR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF AND FLUIDIZATION TREATMENT METHOD USING THE SAME

A lime-improved soil mortar (10) is produced by a method comprising blending a hydraulic solidifying material (7) with water (6) to prepare a slurry (9) and then blending by agitation the slurry (9) with a lime-improved soil (4) to produce the lime-improved soil mortar. The lim-improved soil mortar (10) can be prepared and used at a site (11) of civil engineering or construction work. When its preparation is conducted anywhere out of the site, the compounding ratio of the slurry (9) and the lime-improved soil (4) is adjusted so as for a lime-improved soil mortar to have an appropriate viscosity at the time of the use on site.
