PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical oxygen concentrating apparatus equipped with a filling means to a portable oxygen cylinder easy to use. SOLUTION: This medical oxygen concentrating apparatus comprises a concentrating means for concentrating the oxygen in the air, a supplying means for supplying the concentrated oxygen to a patient and a control means for controlling each means. This apparatus further comprises a high pressure compressing means for further compressing the concentrated oxygen and the filling means for filling the high-pressure concentrated oxygen to the portable oxygen cylinder. The filling means is provided on the front surface of the medical oxygen concentrating apparatus, and the portable oxygen cylinder is attachably and detachably connected to and retained by the filling means.
