PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for molding capable of satisfactorily molding by suppressing an occurrence of a wrinkle and smoothly conducting a mold releasing operation in a method and an apparatus for laminating and forming a laminate of a resin core material and a skin material. SOLUTION: A skin setting mechanism 40 provided along an outer periphery of an upper die 30 of a press uses both a bidirectional set pin 41a movable in two directions by a vertically moving cylinder 42 and an advancing and retracting cylinder 43 and a unidirectional set pin 41b movable only in a vertical direction. Thus, when press formed, a suitable tension is given to a skin raw fabric sheet S to prevent the occurrence of the wrinkle. After the forming, the pins 41a and 41b are raised to automatically release the pin 41 from a peripheral edge of a skin material 12, thereby enhancing a mold releasing operability. |
