PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a birds-repelling type pipe house not only achieving the purpose of keeping wind and rain, and frost off, but also having a new structure capable of obstructing the approach of wild birds, and further to provide a magnetism-generating device usable therefor and having a new structure. SOLUTION: This birds-repelling type pipe house is constituted by winding a conductor 4 having an electrically insulating layer on a part or over the whole of members 2, 3,... constituting frame bodies 1 of the pipe house, composed of a magnetic metallic material, around the axis center thereof in a prescribed direction, and energizing a prescribed amount of a direct current to form the magnetic field over the whole frame body 1 or emphatically at a required position.
