PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid excess and shortage of amount of exposure without controlling an X-ray irradiation apparatus in relation to a by which a photographic means is brought into tight contact with teeth, or the like in the oral cavity to take a photograph in a dental hospital. SOLUTION: A transmitting control means 9 for controlling transmitting timing in accordance with output of a detecting means 8 for detecting the amount of X-ray irradiation or the irradiation time is provided and adjustment of the exposure synchronized with the amount of X-ray irradiation or the irradiation time incoming on every photographing can be performed.
