PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermotherapy device constituted so that both side portions of a Futon (Japanese quilt and mattress) or blanket laid on a heating panel unit placed on a floor or Tatami (rush mat) do not fall on the floor or Tatami from both ends of the panel and the Futon or blanket can be laid on the heating panel unit in a planar state. SOLUTION: The thermotherapy device consists of the heating panel unit 2, which is constituted so that a plurality of square heating panels 1a-1d equipped with planar heating elements are mutually connected in one row in a foldable manner, and foldable accomanying mats 3 and 4 formed so as to have the same thickness as the heating panel unit 2 and used along the heating panel unit 2, and the heating panel unit 2 and the accompanying mats 3 and 4 are mutually joined by plane fasteners 12, 13.
