PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure having a sandwich structure wherein thermoplastic resin sheets are provided on both surfaces of a honeycomb core material and having high tensile adhesive strength. SOLUTION: Each of the thermoplastic resin sheets provided on both surfaces of the honeycomb core material contains 20-85 weight % of an inorganic filler and has a thickness of 1-10 mm and, in the laminated structure, (1) the adhesive layer interposed between the honeycomb core material and each thermoplastic resin sheet has a thickness of 200-5,000μm and the end surface of the honeycomb core material is interpenetrated up to the interfaces of the adhesive layer and the sheets or (2) the adhesive layer consists of the adhesive layer A coming into contact with each sheet and an adhesive layer B with a thickness of 200-5,000μm coming into contact with synthetic paper and the honeycomb core material and the end surface of the honeycomb core material is interpenetrated up to the interface of the adhesive layer B and the synthetic paper.
