PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying device which can reduce a winding fault by easily winding a heater and a heat-insulating material on piping etc., thus can prevent damages of the piping and a water purifier due to freeze of flowing water even at a cold district, and clogging, etc., of a filter. SOLUTION: In this device, water feed piping 4 for feeding raw water to be purified to the water purifier 3, the purifier 3 for purifying raw water to generate purified water, and outflow piping 5 for allowing the generated purified water to flow out, are housed in a casing 1 inside having the inner surface covered with the heat-insulating material 2. Also, a freeze preventing belt 6 consisting of a sheet 62 incorporating a heater 61 is wound on the water feed piping 4 and the outflow piping 5.
