PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip strength increasing apparatus equipped with a spring easily replaceable according to the physical strength, having a good and tough design, further gentle to a hand, and allowing an effective point massage depending on kinds. SOLUTION: In this grip strength increasing apparatus, both ends of a compression spring 4a are inserted to a grip A1 having a bottomed round spring receiving hole 3a and a grip B2 having a spring receiving hole 3b of the same dimension, and fixed by screwing wood screws 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d from the respective side surfaces of the grip Al and grip B2, respectively, and fitting the screws to the clearances of the compression spring 4a.
